How to Use Our Discord Support Server
Our Discord is the fastest way to get help from our team. Follow this guide to get started and find the support you need.
Getting Started
-
Step 1: Join the Server
Click the button above to be redirected to our official Discord server. If you don't have a Discord account, you will be prompted to create one first.
-
Step 2: Complete the Verification Process
After joining, you may need to complete a quick verification step to gain access to the full server. This is a security measure to protect our community. Follow the instructions provided in the `verification` channel.
-
Step 3: Find the Right Channel
Once verified, you will see a list of channels. For specific support, look for channels like `#support`, `#ticketing`, or `#help`. Use these channels to ask your questions or create a ticket. For general questions or to chat with the community, you can use the `#general` channel.
-
Step 4: Create a Support Ticket
If your issue requires direct support from a staff member, look for a dedicated ticketing bot. You can usually start a new ticket by reacting to a message or typing a command like `/ticket`. Be sure to provide as much detail as possible, including your account information, server ID, and a clear description of your problem.
-
Step 5: Select Your Appropriate Catagory
If you need help with "Pre-Sales" and have "Pre-Sales Questions", please select your corresponding catagory. If it is a general question, select "General". If you don't know, please select what matches closest to your needs and we will transfer you if need be.
-
Step 6: Be Respectful and Patient
Our support team is working to help everyone. Please be patient, follow all server rules, and provide clear information. Being respectful will ensure you get the best and fastest support possible.
